Vi uteksaminerte for 4&amp;nbsp;år siden, og har klart å møtes jevnlig siden da. I går kveld var vi samlet hos meg, og det var veldig koselig å treffes igjen siden dette var første samling i høst. Vi kaller oss for &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Tordagsklubben&lt;/span&gt; fordi torsdag har vist seg å være den enkleste dagen å samles på. Disse jentene setter stor pris på god mat, og oppskrifter og mattips deles villig vekk. Jeg serverte denne deilige &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;ostekaken&lt;/span&gt; til kaffen, som jeg fikk hos en fabelaktig kokk, og etterhvert veldig god bekjent. Blandingen kan virke tørr, men dette stemmer.&lt;br /&gt;Sett fatet i kjøleskap i ca 1 time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fyll&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 dl melis&lt;br /&gt;2 ss melk&lt;br /&gt;1 pk Philadelphiaost naturell&lt;br /&gt;ca 3 dl bløte nøtte (valnøtter og hasselnøtter)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 boks fløte&lt;br /&gt;1 ts vaniljesukker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pose ferdiglaget bærkompott (jeg brukte kirsebær)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lag 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bland melis, melk og ost til en klumpfri masse.&lt;br /&gt;Smør dette jevnt utover kjeksbunnen.&lt;br /&gt;Hakk nøttene, og strø dem over ostemassen. Trykk dem gjerne litt nedi.&lt;br /&gt;Sett fatet kjølig i minst 1/2 time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lag 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pisk kremen god og tykk, ha i vaniljesukker.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Bre kremen over nøttelaget. Jeg har kom over dette brødet som smaker veldig godt, og som kan være et alternativ hvis en er litt sulten. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jeg har brukt en &lt;a href="http://www.tupperware.no/cps/rde/xchg/nordics/hs.xsl/146.html"&gt;Tupperware silikon brødform.&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Den&amp;nbsp;skal ikke smøres, men vaskes med såpevann &lt;strong&gt;før&lt;/strong&gt; hvert bruk slik at slippbelegget fungerer optimalt.&amp;nbsp;Brøddeigen blir ganske løs så den helles over i formen som må stå på stekebrettet,fordi den kan ikke flyttes etter at den er fylt (&lt;em&gt;husk den er av silikon&lt;/em&gt;).&amp;nbsp;Den&amp;nbsp;var helt super. Bland i bakepulver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Ha alt i eggerøra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hell deigen i brødformen og stek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Brødet oppbevares i pose i kjøleskapet. &lt;br /&gt;Jeg pleier å dele hvert brød i 2 og ta opp etterhvert som vi bruker det. Stekes og avkjøles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pisk kremfløten, bre den utover kaka. Sett kjølig.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fyll:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1 pl kokesjokolade&lt;br /&gt;60 g smør&lt;br /&gt;3 eggeplommer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Smelt sjokolade og smør. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Rør inn eggeplommene.
